At Minima Aesthetica, we are dedicated to your satisfaction and trust in our skincare products.

We honour returns in the event that your order arrived damaged, however we do not accept returns for a change of mind.

Return Eligibility for Damaged Goods

  • We accept returns if your order arrived damaged.
  • Upon confirmation of the damage by our team, we can process a credit, refund, or exchange back to the original payment method or account.

Conditions for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
  • Items must be purchased directly from Minima Aesthetica, either online at minimaaesthetica.com or at our Byron Bay, Alt.Ist store.
  • All original packaging must be returned unless the damage has compromised the sealing.
  • The item must have been purchased at full price and accompanied by a valid receipt.
  • Attach an image of your damaged item along with a description of the damage.
  • If you're returning an item that was part of a bundle or set, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Products that have been used or opened, unless damaged.

How to Return

  • Returns can be made in-person at our Alt.Ist Byron Bay location without charge.
  • Alternatively, you may contact our customer service team at info@minimaaesthetica.com to arrange a postal return.- noting that if you choose to return outside of our Alt.Ist Byron Bay store, you will have to cover any delivery fees unless the item/s are damaged.

Promotional Returns

  • If you return an item bought during a promotion, the refunded value will be the amount you paid after the promotion, not the full retail price.
